A small studio that bakes one order at a time
Mellow started with birthday cakes for friends in a condo kitchen. Today it's a small studio on Soi Ari that takes a limited number of cakes a day, so every one gets proper time.

Prae — founder & pastry chef
Trained in pastry in Bangkok and spent five years in a hotel bakery before opening the studio. Likes cakes that aren't too sweet and look simple but detailed.
