Confirm and pay a deposit
We reply the same day with a final price; a 50% deposit books your slot.
- 03
Baked the day before
Decorated on the morning of collection, and photographed for you before it leaves.

Pick-up or air-con delivery
With a card on storing and cutting it neatly.

Pick-up or delivery
Cakes of 2 lb and up travel only by air-conditioned car, so the cream doesn't melt and nothing slides on the way.

Before you order
- 50% deposit
- Once we confirm the details in chat, a 50% PromptPay deposit books your baking slot. The rest is paid before pick-up. Bento cakes are paid in full.
- Changing the design
- Message, colours or flavour can change up to 3 days before collection — after that we've started preparing.
- Cancelling
- With 72 hours' notice your deposit moves to another date within 30 days. Later than that, we keep it to cover ingredients.
- After hand-over
- Once collected, keep the cake flat on the car floor with the air-con on and head straight home. Our care ends at hand-over, so we photograph every cake for you before it leaves.
- Allergies
- Tell us when you order and we'll suggest suitable flavours — but we share one kitchen and can't promise an allergen-free cake.

Often asked
How far ahead do I need to order?
Most cakes need 2 days, vintage piping 4 days and two-tier cakes 14 days. Weekends and holidays fill up — order earlier if you can.
How can I pay?
PromptPay, bank transfer, or cash for the balance at pick-up.
Do you make egg-free or dairy-free cakes?
Not yet — every flavour contains egg and milk and we share one kitchen, so we can't make cakes for egg or milk allergies. Sorry.
How long can the message be?
About 20 characters on a bento, 30 on a 1 lb cake — Thai or English.
Can I get a tax invoice?
Yes — send your company details when you order.
