Storing & serving

  • Into the fridge as soon as you're home — middle shelf, away from strong smells.
  • Take it out 20 minutes before cutting so the cream softens and the flavour opens up.
  • Best within 2 days; keeps up to 3 days in the fridge.

What if strawberries are out of season?

We'll message you before baking to suggest a seasonal fruit. If you'd rather not swap, you can cancel with a full deposit refund.

Prices are starting prices; we confirm the final price in chat before you pay. Our kitchen handles wheat, egg, milk, nuts and sesame, so cross-contact is possible — please tell us about any allergy before ordering.

Policies

Before you order

50% deposit
Once we confirm the details in chat, a 50% PromptPay deposit books your baking slot. The rest is paid before pick-up. Bento cakes are paid in full.
Changing the design
Message, colours or flavour can change up to 3 days before collection — after that we've started preparing.
Cancelling
With 72 hours' notice your deposit moves to another date within 30 days. Later than that, we keep it to cover ingredients.
After hand-over
Once collected, keep the cake flat on the car floor with the air-con on and head straight home. Our care ends at hand-over, so we photograph every cake for you before it leaves.

Tell us when you order and we'll suggest suitable flavours — but we share one kitchen and can't promise an allergen-free cake.
